1. Another very important right under Article 88 is that the Attorney General has the right to speak -LRB- but not to vote -RRB- in either House of Parliament or in any committee of which he may be named as member and , by virtue of his office , he is entitled to the privileges of a Member of Parliament vide clause -LRB- 4 -RRB- of Article 105 of the Constitution , which also confers similar privileges on the Attorney General .
   अनुच्छेद 88 के अधीन महान्यायवादी को अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण अधिकार यह मिला हुआ है कि उसे संसद के किसी भी सदन में या ऐसी किसी समिति में जिसका उसे सदस्य बनाया गया है उपस्थित होकर बोलने का अधिकार है ( पर उसे वोट देने का अधिकार नहीं है ) . साथ ही , उसे अपने पद के नाते , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 105 के खंड ( 4 ) में उल्लिखित संसद सदस्य के विशेषाधिकार भी हैं जो उक़्त अनुच्छेद द्वारा महान्यायवादी को भी प्रदान किए गए हैं .
